Between immediate commitments and long-term cooperation horizons, the Brazilian head of state signaled his interest in “recovering historical ties and contributing to the construction of a new world order” (Brazil, 2024a), not only guaranteeing the recovery of various vectors of rapprochement between the two sides of the Atlantic, but also reaffirming Africa’s strategic position within the framework of major international transformations.”(…)
