O Brasil avançou em sua agenda de defesa com a publicação, em 19 de novembro, do Decreto nº 12.725/2025, por meio do qual se aprova a nova Política Nacional de Defesa (PND), a Estratégia Nacional de Defesa (END) e o Livro Branco de Defesa Nacional (LBDN).
