Structural Genomics Laboratory

The group led by Professor Vinícius Farias Campos counts on the infrastructure of the Structural Genomics Laboratory at the Biotechnology nucleus of the Technological Development Center (CDTec) of UFPel. The laboratory has undergraduate, master’s degree and doctoral students. Infrastructure and equipment: PCRs, DNA nanoquantification system, ABI 3500 automatic capillary DNA sequencing system and complete new generation Ion Torrent sequencing system for sequencing of genomes and transcriptomes of eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms.
