The paper entitled “At-Site Flood Frequency Analysis Coupled with Multiparameter Probability Distributions”, written by UFPel scholars Felício Cassalho, Samuel Beskow, Carlos Rogério de Mello, Maíra Martim de Moura, Laura Kerstner e Leo Fernandes Ávila, was published in the 32nd issue of the international journal Water Resources Management.. According to the authors, their research work is of utmost importance for the engineering and management of water resources in Brazil, revealing a number of improvements still needed on statistical hydrology in the country.
