Come this Friday the 30th of April at 4 pm to chat with us and find out a little about the riches and stories of Mato Grosso. The architect and urban planner Fernando Birello of the University of the State of Mato Grosso will be presenting a little of this central-west Brazil, mostly covered by the Amazon rainforest, the wetlands and the savannah plains. The capital, Cuiabá, dates back to the gold rush of the 18th century and the extensive wetlands of the Pantanal are home to several wild species, including macaws, caimans and jaguars. Ask for the link to our room by message 🙂
