Call for papers
Third Political Economy & Political Science Workshop
The University of Chile and the Millennium Institute for Research in Market Imperfections and Public Policy (MIPP) are organizing the 2016 version of the Workshop in Political Economy & Political Science (PEPS). This event will take place on September 5-6, 2016 in Santiago, Chile. We are glad to announce that our keynote speaker will be Professor Alberto Alesina (Department of Economics, Harvard University).

As in previous versions, this workshop aims at bringing together academics from all over the world, in order to discuss new empirical and theoretical research that deals with Political Economy and Quantitative issues of Political Science. We invite you to submit papers on any topic within these areas.

Our organizing committee will cover or reimburse a roundtrip economy ticket to Santiago and accommodation during the days of the workshop, including arriving and departing dates. All participants are expected to stay during the entire conference. If you would like to present a paper at this workshop, please send a copy in PDF format to pepsmipp@gmail.com no later than June 1st, 2016. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by July 15th, 2016.
