The PPGEF 2019 Regulations, which can be accessed through the “The Program” – “Regulations” tab, is the document that governs the PPGEF.
All PPGEF students must be aware of the rules established in the Regulations.
We have compiled here some of the most frequently asked questions from students that can be answered through the regulations.
- I MISSED THE ENROLLMENT DEADLINE. WHAT NOW?
Article 31 – The approved candidate is responsible for completing their enrollment, with the signature of their advisor, during the period scheduled by the PPG coordination for enrollment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their admission.
Article 32, Sole Paragraph – Failure to request enrollment within the deadline established by PPGEF, which is the student’s responsibility, will result in the cancellation of their place in the program.
Article 34 – A student who fails to enroll for a semester will not be granted any right to readmission or future enrollment.
- CAN I REQUEST A SEMESTER LEAVE OF ABSENCE?
Article 33 – A student who, due to force majeure, needs to interrupt their studies may submit a written request to the Program Coordinator for a leave of absence. Thisrequest must beaccompaniedbytheiradvisor’sapproval.
- I WANT TO REQUEST A LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR MORE THAN ONE SEMESTER. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
Article 33
Paragraph 1 – If applicable, the request for leave of absence must be renewed each academic semester.
Paragraph 2 – A student may request a leave of absence for a maximum period of two academic semesters, whether consecutive or not.
