The registration is personal non-transferable and non-refundable. Registration must be done in the available form below.

For the confirmation of the event application, the bank receipt or money order receipt must be attached to the registration form using the field below.

The information for the registration payment is:

Undergrad students and Grad students must attach an updated (2019) student status proof from their Educational Institution. Grad students that finished the course in 2019 have the option to realize the registration as Postgraduate student (instead Profissional category) submitting a thesis defense certificate.

The XI SEGED Committee will e-mail you confirming your registration. We will let you know if we detect any issue in your registration.

Registration Fees (prices in Brazilian Reais)

Attention: registration during the event will not be accepted.  Please contact us if you need any payment assistance.

The registration will be entitled to:

– Participate in all event activities during the  XI SEGED, including lectures, thematic session, and poster sessions;

– Submit up to two abstracts as an author, which will be presented in poster form during the meeting (the abstracts must be sent in the appropriate form in the link);

– Be considered for the Best Study Award with one of the submitted abstracts;

– Receive a certification of participation and poster presentation, that will be handed at the meeting, and receive the publicity material, to be handed at the meeting.
