General Information About the Preparation of the Summary
Each entry entitles you to submit one single paper that can be written in Portuguese or English (the use of the latter is an important recommendation of the Organizing and Scientific Committees due to the presence of many foreigners in the event). We also strongly recommend the use of the English language in the posters. Writing summaries / panels / slides in English is an important step in the internationalization of the event. This year, to further promote the use of English, all works will have highlights in English. The title in English is strongly recommended. In addition, at least the slides of papers selected for oral presentations, whose authors accept the invitation, must be in English.
Only unpublished research papers can be submitted for presentation at VII ESSeTe & 7th WSeS.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is July 31st, 2018.
All accepted abstracts, without exception, must be presented in the form of panels on the day and time that will be established by the Organizing Committee. We recommend that the trip should be planned so that you can participate in the entire event, because in no case will we make a change in the date/time of the presentation of works during the event.

Abstract Submission Procedures
The abstract can be sent to the Scientific Committee at the moment you fill out the application form. In this form, there is a tool to attach your abstract.
