Posters must be submitted electronically in PDF format, using a A4 layout (WxH = 90 cm × 120 cm), accompanied by a 500-word abstract.

Both the abstract and the poster must be written in English. Presentations may be delivered in Portuguese.

Submissions will be evaluated by the scientific committee. Authors of accepted works are required to present their posters in person during the event.

Accepted authors must bring a printed version of their posters for on-site display during the poster sessions.

Poster submissions are managed through the Microsoft CMT platform, which provides peer-review management and cloud hosting as a courtesy service from Microsoft.
