Graduated in History from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (1998), MA in Archaeology from the University of São Paulo - USP (2003), Ph.D. in Archaeology from the University of São Paulo (2009), and post-doctorate in Archaeology by Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, University of São Paulo. He is currently coordinator and associate researcher at the Laboratory of Studies on Ancient Ceramics (ACLE), Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel), and post-doutranda the Graduate Program in History, Universidade Federal de Pelotas (PPGH-UFPel).
