Graduated in Bachelor’s and Degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Pelotas (2002), Master’s (2005) and Doctorate (2008) in Chemistry, in the area of Analytical Chemistry, from the Federal University of Santa Maria and Post-Doctorate in Chemistry (2010) by the Federal University of Pelotas. She is currently Associate Professor II at the Federal University of Pelotas, at the Center for Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food Sciences (CCQFA) and Permanent Professor at the Graduate Program in Chemistry (PPGQ). She was Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Course at UFPel from 2016 to 2020 and currently serves as Deputy Coordinator of the respective course. She has experience in Chemistry, with an emphasis on Analytical Chemistry. She works mainly in the development of analytical methodologies for the determination of metals by Atomic Spectrometry techniques in different types of samples.
