Cientistas alegam que esse dano \u00e9 irrepar\u00e1vel, tendo em vista que a quantidade de neve n\u00e3o rep\u00f5e a quantidade perdida no degelo. As mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas s\u00e3o uma das causas desse derretimento, e \u00e9 a maior respons\u00e1vel pelo aumento do n\u00edvel do mar, prejudicando a vida de milhares de pessoas.
