360;<\/li>\n<li>Compress\u00e3o de nuvens de pontos;<\/li>\n<li>Compress\u00e3o de <em>light fields<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solu\u00e7\u00f5es em n\u00edvel de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/h1>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o e controle de complexidade:<\/strong> Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de algoritmos de codifica\u00e7\u00e3o de sinais visuais e uso de t\u00e9cnicas de intelig\u00eancia artificial para o desenvolvimento de codificadores de baixa complexidade;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desenvolvimento de ferramentas de codifica\u00e7\u00e3o: <\/strong>desenvolvimento de novas ferramentas e algoritmos de codifica\u00e7\u00e3o para predi\u00e7\u00e3o, transformadas e codifica\u00e7\u00e3o de entropia;<\/li>\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lise de efici\u00eancia de codifica\u00e7\u00e3o e de complexidade computacional dos codificadores:<\/strong> Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da efici\u00eancia e da complexidade computacional de diferentes codificadores de sinais visuais;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade:<\/strong> Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o objetiva e subjetiva de qualidade visual de v\u00eddeos 2D e 3D.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solu\u00e7\u00f5es em n\u00edvel de sistema:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00f5es que exploram paralelismo:<\/strong> explora\u00e7\u00e3o de paralelismo utilizando GPUs e sistemas com m\u00faltiplas unidades de processamento;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00f5es para sistemas de mem\u00f3ria:<\/strong> Armazenamento aproximado e desenvolvimento de sistemas de hierarquia de mem\u00f3ria;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desenvolvimento de aceleradores de hardware<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Desenvolvimento de arquiteturas de hardware dedicadas para FPGA e ASIC utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de <em>low-power<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00f5es em alto n\u00edvel para sistemas embarcados<\/strong>: Simula\u00e7\u00e3o em alto n\u00edvel e
