Agora todos os ramais est\u00e3o habilitados para receber liga\u00e7\u00f5es externas diretamente, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais a necessidade de transfer\u00eancia das liga\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s de uma telefonista, facilitando o processo de marca\u00e7\u00e3o de consultas. A central est\u00e1 habilitada com um circuito digital (Link E1 com 30 canais para comunica\u00e7\u00e3o) e com interfaces celulares para escoar as liga\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas para aparelhos m\u00f3veis, proporcionando maior economia, onde nos dois primeiros meses de funcionamento registrou-se uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 65% nas faturas telef\u00f4nicas. Al\u00e9m disso, a infraestrutura de telefonia interna recebeu melhorias, onde redes novas foram implantadas e seus principais DGs foram totalmente remodelados, o que est\u00e1 resultando numa redu\u00e7\u00e3o expressiva de solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o nestes ramais.
