Com uma trajet\u00f3ria marcada por diferentes usos ao longo das d\u00e9cadas, a proposta busca preservar sua identidade como hotel, revitalizando seus interiores e mantendo, no t\u00e9rreo, um charmoso caf\u00e9 aberto ao p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Constru\u00eddo originalmente em 1938, o edif\u00edcio teve um papel significativo na paisagem urbana da cidade. Inicialmente projetado com tr\u00eas pavimentos, recebeu uma amplia\u00e7\u00e3o em 1952, consolidando-se como um dos hot\u00e9is mais luxuosos do interior do estado. Sua hist\u00f3ria se entrela\u00e7a com o desenvolvimento da regi\u00e3o, abrigando, al\u00e9m da hospedagem, espa\u00e7os comerciais ic\u00f4nicos, como a loja de moda \u201cA Principal\u201d e um sofisticado bar americano.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto de interiores busca resgatar e valorizar a mem\u00f3ria do Rex Hotel, aliando o charme hist\u00f3rico a uma est\u00e9tica contempor\u00e2nea e funcional.
