Localizado no campus da FAUrb, o PET ocupa um anexo que abriga, no t\u00e9rreo, a maquetaria e, no segundo pavimento, seu escrit\u00f3rio. O presente projeto prop\u00f5e a revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o interna e externa desse espa\u00e7o, ampliando suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es para tamb\u00e9m acomodar o CEAU (Centro de Estudantes de Arquitetura e Urbanismo), fortalecendo sua import\u00e2ncia dentro da comunidade acad\u00eamica. A edifica\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 situada no bairro Porto, uma regi\u00e3o de grande relev\u00e2ncia hist\u00f3rica e industrial para Pelotas, e faz parte do campus universit\u00e1rio, pr\u00f3ximo a
