14pt\"><\/div><\/span>\n\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Como e quando o reposicionamento ser\u00e1 realizado?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">O reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as) nas novas estruturas de carreira ser\u00e1 efetuado pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Federal por meio do Sistema Integrado de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Pessoal (SIAPE), o sistema que gera a folha de pagamentos. Conforme <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.ufpel.edu.br\/progep\/files\/2025\/03\/SEI_2995264_Comunicado_5.pdf\">Comunicado PROGEP n\u00ba 5\/2025<\/a>, o Minist\u00e9rio da Gest\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos est\u00e1 atualizando os Sistemas Estruturantes de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoal, com previs\u00e3o de reflexos na folha de abril (paga em maio), ap\u00f3s a san\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual de 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Destacamos que <strong>n\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9 necess\u00e1rio solicitar o reposicionamento, ele ser\u00e1 feito de forma autom\u00e1tica. Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>o novo posicionamento na carreira ser\u00e1 retroativo \u00e0 data de 01\/01\/2025<\/strong>, inclusive no que se refere a efeitos financeiros.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Como ficam as progress\u00f5es com vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A concess\u00e3o de progress\u00f5es com data de vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025 depende da efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as) no SIAPE, visto que estas concess\u00f5es devem ser realizadas com base na nova estrutura das carreiras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Deste modo, at\u00e9 que o reposicionamento seja efetivado no sistema, a concess\u00e3o das progress\u00f5es e promo\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser realizada. Destacamos, contudo, que assim que os(as) servidores(as) estiverem posicionados na nova estrutura, a concess\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada de forma retroativa \u00e0 data de direito, conforme as regras vigentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">No que se refere \u00e0 progress\u00e3o por m\u00e9rito, que os(as) servidores(as) aguardem, pois n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio requerer esta progress\u00e3o \u2014 ela \u00e9 concedida de of\u00edcio pela PROGEP. Como dito, as concess\u00f5es est\u00e3o temporariamente suspensas e voltar\u00e3o a ocorrer ap\u00f3s a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as), mas com a vig\u00eancia retroativa \u00e0 data de direito, j\u00e1 considerando a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do interst\u00edcio de 18 meses para 12 meses promovida pela Medida Provis\u00f3ria.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Quando receberei os efeitos financeiros?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Qualquer efeito financeiro referente ao reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as), \u00e0 concess\u00e3o de progress\u00f5es e promo\u00e7\u00f5es com vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025 e a qualquer outro benef\u00edcio advindo desta mudan\u00e7a da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 efetivado na folha de pagamentos a partir da san\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual (LOA) de 2025, por for\u00e7a do Art. 215 da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2023-2026\/2024\/mpv\/mpv1286.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-extlink=\"\">Medida Provis\u00f3ria 1.286, de 31\/12\/2024,<\/a>\u00a0contudo, com efeitos retroativos \u00e0 data de direito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Esta restri\u00e7\u00e3o se aplica tamb\u00e9m aos Incentivos \u00e0 Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o concedidos com vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025, visto que estas concess\u00f5es j\u00e1 s\u00e3o realizadas com fundamento na nova tabela de percentuais constante da Medida Provis\u00f3ria, que extinguiu a distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre cursos com rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta ou indireta com o ambiente organizacional. 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">O reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as) nas novas estruturas de carreira ser\u00e1 efetuado pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Federal por meio do Sistema Integrado de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Pessoal (SIAPE), o sistema que gera a folha de pagamentos. Conforme <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.ufpel.edu.br\/progep\/files\/2025\/03\/SEI_2995264_Comunicado_5.pdf\">Comunicado PROGEP n\u00ba 5\/2025<\/a>, o Minist\u00e9rio da Gest\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos est\u00e1 atualizando os Sistemas Estruturantes de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoal, com previs\u00e3o de reflexos na folha de abril (paga em maio), ap\u00f3s a san\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual de 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Destacamos que <strong>n\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9 necess\u00e1rio solicitar o reposicionamento, ele ser\u00e1 feito de forma autom\u00e1tica. Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>o novo posicionamento na carreira ser\u00e1 retroativo \u00e0 data de 01\/01\/2025<\/strong>, inclusive no que se refere a efeitos financeiros.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Como ficam as progress\u00f5es com vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A concess\u00e3o de progress\u00f5es com data de vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025 depende da efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as) no SIAPE, visto que estas concess\u00f5es devem ser realizadas com base na nova estrutura das carreiras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Deste modo, at\u00e9 que o reposicionamento seja efetivado no sistema, a concess\u00e3o das progress\u00f5es e promo\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser realizada. Destacamos, contudo, que assim que os(as) servidores(as) estiverem posicionados na nova estrutura, a concess\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada de forma retroativa \u00e0 data de direito, conforme as regras vigentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">No que se refere \u00e0 progress\u00e3o por m\u00e9rito, que os(as) servidores(as) aguardem, pois n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio requerer esta progress\u00e3o \u2014 ela \u00e9 concedida de of\u00edcio pela PROGEP. Como dito, as concess\u00f5es est\u00e3o temporariamente suspensas e voltar\u00e3o a ocorrer ap\u00f3s a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as), mas com a vig\u00eancia retroativa \u00e0 data de direito, j\u00e1 considerando a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do interst\u00edcio de 18 meses para 12 meses promovida pela Medida Provis\u00f3ria.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Quando receberei os efeitos financeiros?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Qualquer efeito financeiro referente ao reposicionamento dos(as) servidores(as), \u00e0 concess\u00e3o de progress\u00f5es e promo\u00e7\u00f5es com vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025 e a qualquer outro benef\u00edcio advindo desta mudan\u00e7a da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 efetivado na folha de pagamentos a partir da san\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual (LOA) de 2025, por for\u00e7a do Art. 215 da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2023-2026\/2024\/mpv\/mpv1286.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-extlink=\"\">Medida Provis\u00f3ria 1.286, de 31\/12\/2024,<\/a>\u00a0contudo, com efeitos retroativos \u00e0 data de direito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2.5rem;padding: 0 1rem\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Esta restri\u00e7\u00e3o se aplica tamb\u00e9m aos Incentivos \u00e0 Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o concedidos com vig\u00eancia a partir de 01\/01\/2025, visto que estas concess\u00f5es j\u00e1 s\u00e3o realizadas com fundamento na nova tabela de percentuais constante da Medida Provis\u00f3ria, que extinguiu a distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre cursos com rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta ou indireta com o ambiente organizacional.
