A palestra intitulada\u00a0<em>Planejamento Institucional: entre a Lei e a Efic\u00e1cia<\/em>, foi proferida pelo Prof. Jos\u00e9 S\u00edlvio Born, Mestre em Economia\u00a0pela UFRGS e Auditor do Estado do RS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;color: #000000\">O Profiap destina-se a formar profissionais\u00a0capazes de reunir as condi\u00e7\u00f5es cient\u00edficas e t\u00e9cnicas para promover melhorias na gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica.
