Os temas abordados variam dentro da \u00e1rea de Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia de Alimentos e s\u00e3o ministrados por palestrantes internacionais, geralmente em ingl\u00eas ou espanhol. O projeto conta com o apoio institucional do CAPES PrInt|UFPel, enquadrando-se no tema <em>Healthy Food in Sustainable Territories<\/em> e contribuindo para o plano estrat\u00e9gico de internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da UFPel.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 o momento, j\u00e1 foram realizados 8 eventos do projeto, cujo mais recente ocorreu no dia 28 de maio de 2021, com a palestrante Dra.
