M\u00f3dulo I<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ao Letramento Racial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Assuntos Estudantis, atrav\u00e9s do Nupadi, com o prop\u00f3sito de\u00a0 adotar uma abordagem proativa no combate ao racismo e na\u00a0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da igualdade racial em todos os aspectos\u00a0 que permeiam a\u00a0 vida acad\u00eamica de seus bolsistas e demais estudantes, est\u00e1 oferecendo uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada para seus servidores.<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o em <b>Pr\u00e1ticas Antirracistas no Ambiente Acad\u00eamico<\/b> visa qualificar, por meio do <b>Letramento Racial, <\/b>nossos profissionais para um atendimento mais acolhedor aos estudantes da Universidade Federal de Pelotas.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro dessa din\u00e2mica de treinamento, fizemos uma roda de conversa sobre os temas abordados na exibi\u00e7\u00e3o da s\u00e9rie \u201cCole\u00e7\u00e3o Antirracista\u201d do Instituto Unibanco e outros v\u00eddeos complementares, a saber:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1\u00a0 Uma introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ao Letramento Racial <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1\u00a0<\/strong> <strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Lei 10639 &#8211;
