Esc\u00e2ndalos alimentares, bem como processos de industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o e homogeneiza\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e1bitos alimentares e a percep\u00e7\u00e3o da dissocia\u00e7\u00e3o crescente entre local de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e local de consumo, viriam a estimular, em movimento contr\u00e1rio, a\u00e7\u00f5es de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do nexo entre territ\u00f3rio e cultura a partir de referentes alimentares.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> Dentro deste contexto, o Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Mem\u00f3ria Social e Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural, da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPel), promove o <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>1\u00ba Col\u00f3quio Internacional de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura e Identidade: experi\u00eancias de pesquisa no \u00e2mbito do projeto de internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da UFPel\/Capes-Print<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">, a realizar-se no dia <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>08 de novembro de 2021<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">, em modalidade remota, com transmiss\u00e3o no canal do YouTube do PPPGMP.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> O referido projeto, estabelecido em parceria com a Universidade de Borgonha (Fran\u00e7a), Universidade de Sevilha (Espanha) e Universidade Aut\u00f4noma Metropolitana (M\u00e9xico), entre outros centros de pesquisa, visa analisar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es tecidas em torno da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, cultura, identidade e territ\u00f3rio, a partir de diferentes (por\u00e9m dial\u00f3gicos) eixos tem\u00e1ticos: a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o como tra\u00e7o cultural; os h\u00e1bitos alimentares e sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o com identidades locais; a produ\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar e suas potencialidades econ\u00f4micas; os alimentos como marcadores territoriais e fator de desenvolvimento; a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de determinadas pr\u00e1ticas e cultivos como ativos patrimoniais e como agenciadores de mem\u00f3ria.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> A <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>programa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> do col\u00f3quio ser\u00e1 composta pelas seguintes mesas-redondas:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #5f497a\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>10h:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b> Cerim\u00f4nia de Abertura: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Pr\u00f3-Reitor de Pesquisa e P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o da UFPel, Dr. Fl\u00e1vio Demarco;
