Esta radia\u00e7\u00e3o que chega na atmosfera \u00e9 divida em onda curta (ROC) e longa (ROL), e sua caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 definida pelo espectro de radia\u00e7\u00e3o. Os gases e part\u00edculas presentes na atmosfera terrestre fazem o papel de absorver e emitir a ROL, sendo fatores cruciais para o balan\u00e7o de radia\u00e7\u00e3o e de energia. As grandes altera\u00e7\u00f5es sofridas pela superf\u00edcie devido ao desenvolvimento humano alteram vari\u00e1veis importantes para a determina\u00e7\u00e3o da ROL como o albedo, emissividade e temperatura. Podendo gerar mudan\u00e7as nas circula\u00e7\u00f5es locais e atmosf\u00e9ricas devido a mudan\u00e7as em seu padr\u00e3o, afetando diretamente a climatologia de uma determinada regi\u00e3o. Ainda que haja instrumentos para a sua medi\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1 um grande problema com a pr\u00f3pria emiss\u00e3o de radia\u00e7\u00e3o do aparelho medidor, o que afeta diretamente no resultado, diante disto, salienta-se a import\u00e2ncia de parametriza\u00e7\u00f5es para a estimativa da ROL. Devido ao vapor de \u00e1gua ser considerado um grande emissor de radia\u00e7\u00e3o, a presen\u00e7a dele na atmosfera \u00e9 um dos fatores nos quais afetam a estimativa da ROL. Ao ser afetado diretamente por sistemas transientes, nos quais aumentam a quantidade de vapor de \u00e1gua na atmosfera,\u00a0 h\u00e1 uma necessidade de uma alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da ROL para o Rio Grande do Sul , tendo em vista que \u00e9 uma das vari\u00e1veis de entrada no modelo de previs\u00e3o do tempo WRF. O WRF possui intera\u00e7\u00f5es entre parametriza\u00e7\u00f5es cumulus, microf\u00edsica, radia\u00e7\u00e3o, superf\u00edcie, e camada limite, dos quais fornecem espec\u00edficas condi\u00e7\u00f5es para cada modelo. Portanto, entender as parametriza\u00e7\u00f5es de radia\u00e7\u00e3o, e qual seu comportamento para a regi\u00e3o sul do Brasil \u00e9 de extrema import\u00e2ncia, afim de ajudar os centros de previs\u00e3o do tempo a melhorar seu desempenho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Data: 02\/03\/2018, \u00e0s 15hs30min no CPPMet.
