Ainda, objetiva o estudo de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de xantana e outros biopol\u00edmeros em alimentos, principalmente atrav\u00e9s do desenvolvimento de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">filmes e coberturas biodegrad\u00e1veis e do desenvolvimento de microc\u00e1psulas probi\u00f3ticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color:
