The activities were carried out in the Sensory Transduction and Nociception Group laboratory under the supervision of her international co-supervisor, Dr. Elvira de la Pe\u00f1a Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"558\"><strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"556\">University of Lisbon (Portugal) \u2013 2023\/2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"962\">PhD student Fernando Lopez, supervised by Professor Roselia Spanevello, participated in a twelve-month sandwich PhD program (April 2023 to March 2024) at the University of Lisbon (Portugal) through the CAPES\/PrInt\/UFPel program. The activities were conducted in the Neurobiology of Inflammation and Neurodegeneration laboratory under the guidance of international co-supervisor Dr. Claudia de Castro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1007\"><strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1005\">University of Texas (USA) \u2013 2023\/2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1350\">PhD student Jaini Paltian, supervised by Professor Ethel Wilhelm, completed a twelve-month sandwich PhD program (April 2023 to March 2024) at the University of Texas (USA) through the CAPES\/PrInt\/UFPel program. The activities took place in the Pain Stress Lab under the supervision of international co-supervisor Dr. Benedict James Kolber.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1402\"><strong data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1400\">University of Coimbra (Portugal) \u2013 2023\/2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1816\">PhD student Karline Rodrigues, supervised by Professor Cristiane Luchese, completed a twelve-month sandwich PhD program (April 2023 to March 2024) at the University of Coimbra (Portugal) through the CAPES\/PrInt\/UFPel program. The activities were conducted in the MitoXT \u2013 Mitochondrial Toxicology and Experimental Therapeutics laboratory under the supervision of international co-supervisor Dr. Paulo Oliveira.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1859\"><strong data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1857\">University of Michigan (USA) \u2013 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"2217\">PhD student Morgana Azevedo, supervised by Professor Rafael Lund, completed a six-month sandwich PhD program (March to August 2023) at the University of Michigan (USA) through the CAPES\/PrInt\/UFPel program. The activities were carried out in the Bottino Lab (Regenerative Dentistry) under the supervision of international co-supervisor Dr. Marco Bottino.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2263\"><strong data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2261\">University of Poitiers (France) \u2013 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2666\">PhD student Milena Mattes Cerveira, supervised by Professor Rodrigo Vaucher, completed an eight-month sandwich PhD program (May to December 2023) at the University of Poitiers (France) with a scholarship from the CAPES\/COFECUB program.
