Buscando ampliar o alcance atingido com a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, ocorrida no ano de 2019, o festival abre a chamada com uma tem\u00e1tica livre, possibilitando assim o encontro de m\u00faltiplas formas de express\u00e3o e explora\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00eddeo.
