Ph.D. in Psychology (University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain). He is currently a Professor of Social and Environmental Psychology at the University of A Coru\u00f1a from 1995, Spain. He is the Director of the People-Environment Research Group of the University of A Coru\u00f1a (www.people-environment-udc.org). He was a Visiting Reader of the University of Surrey (Guildford, UK), during the period 2003-2012. He was also an International Visiting Scholar at the Texas State University (USA, 2001), as well as a Visiting Professor at the University of Tallinn (Estonia, 2002), University of Timisoara (2004, 2005), University Al. I. Cuza (Iasi, 2005, 2006), Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM (Mexico, 2006), and Federal University of Cear\u00e1 (Brazil, 2012).<\/span><\/p>\n

Mark is one of the Coordinators of the IAPS Environment and Gerontology Network.\u00a0He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in psychology\u00a0from the University of Queensland (1982) and Ph.D. in Architecture from the University of Sydney (1991) and is currently completing studies for registration as an Architect at the University of South Australia. He was a Visiting\u00a0Assistant Professor in Gerontology at Simon Fraser University, The British Columbia Real Estate Foundation Research Fellow in Environmental Gerontology at the Gerontology Research Centre, Simon Fraser University, Visiting Professor (research methods) Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM, Visiting Professor (architecture) Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He studied psychology at the universities of Hamburg, Germany (1966-67) and Marburg, Germany (1967-68) and holds a degree in Psychology from Albion College, Michigan, USA (1969). He holds a master’s degree in experimental psychology (AEC) from Western Michigan University (1970) and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of California at Davis (1975). Professor emeritus of the University of Brasilia, he currently works as a senior collaborator and coordinator of the Laboratory of Environmental Psychology. He continues to teach Environmental Psychology and Research Planning. Conducts research in the field of environmental psychology, especially on urban quality of life and traffic psychology.<\/span><\/p>\n

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology (1970), licentiate degree in psychology (1969) and a bachelor’s degree (1968) from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology (Social Psychology) from the Federal University of Para\u00edba (1979), a doctorate degree in Developmental Psychology from Michigan State University, USA (1983), a postdoctoral degree from the City University of New York, USA (1997-1998) and Carl von Ossietzky Universit\u00e4t Oldenburg, Germany (2003-2003). Since 1993, she is a Senior Collaborating Researcher at the University of Bras\u00edlia.
