Contudo, andar em lugares apertados n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo que ocorre somente no nanoconfinamento ou no \u00f4nibus lotado pro Campus. Macromol\u00e9culas difundirem dentro de c\u00e9lulas biol\u00f3gicas com v\u00e1rios obst\u00e1culos e poros devido \u00e0 presen\u00e7a de outras macromol\u00e9culas e organelas. Esta difus\u00e3o \u00e9 essencial, por exemplo, para processos enzim\u00e1ticos que s\u00e3o afetados pelas restri\u00e7\u00f5es geom\u00e9tricas. E para estas c\u00e9lulas difundirem dentro do corpo humano tamb\u00e9m existem uma s\u00e9rie de obst\u00e1culos mec\u00e2nicos, ambientais e bioqu\u00edmicos. Entender como ocorre esta difus\u00e3o pode auxiliar a compreender com mais detalhes, por exemplo, o processo de invas\u00e3o na met\u00e1stase do c\u00e2ncer de pele.
