Esse projeto possui grande relev\u00e2ncia para o curso, pois promove a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre os formados e a universidade, possibilitando a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de parcerias por meio de cursos, palestras, pesquisas e melhorias nas \u00e1reas relacionadas ao curso. Al\u00e9m disso, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas permitem identificar quais \u00e1reas se destacaram entre os egressos, verificando se o que a universidade oferece est\u00e1 alinhado com as demandas do mercado de trabalho para os profissionais de forma<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O projeto teve in\u00edcio em 2020, quando foram coletadas informa\u00e7\u00f5es preliminares sobre os egressos do curso de Engenharia Agr\u00edcola. Em determinado momento, o foco voltou para identificar os egressos que participaram do Programa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Tutorial (PET), buscando avaliar a influ\u00eancia do PET em suas trajet\u00f3rias profissionais ap\u00f3s a forma\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 em 2024, o grupo concentrou esfor\u00e7os na atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es de todos os egressos do curso nos \u00faltimos cinco anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para isso, foi desenvolvido um formul\u00e1rio virtual contendo perguntas sobre a carreira acad\u00eamica e profissional dos egressos. Esse formul\u00e1rio foi enviado a profissionais formados, com o objetivo de obter dados relevantes sobre sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho. At\u00e9 o momento, foram registradas 39 respostas de egressos referentes ao per\u00edodo dos \u00faltimos cinco anos. As respostas foram comprovadas e apresentadas em gr\u00e1ficos para facilitar a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No gr\u00e1fico 1, podemos analisar que a grande maioria n\u00e3o cursou o mestrado e doutorado ou alguma especializa\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do curso, e a minoria dos egressos apenas concluiu a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e fez uma p\u00f3s gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Conforme podemos observar no gr\u00e1fico abaixo (Gr\u00e1fico 2), cerca de 30% dos egressos iniciaram a sua p\u00f3s gradua\u00e7\u00e3o com menos de 1 ano de conclus\u00e3o da gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.
