Com uma equipe de 13 membros, o grupo organizou diversas <em>lives<\/em> e cursos extracurriculares que, al\u00e9m de enriquecer o conhecimento dos participantes, aproximaram os formandos do mercado de trabalho e incentivaram o engajamento acad\u00eamico. As atividades tamb\u00e9m estimulam a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente de troca de conhecimentos, diminuindo a evas\u00e3o acad\u00eamica e fortalecendo a identidade profissional dos estudantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diante das recentes enchentes no Rio Grande do Sul, o grupo adaptou a troca de conhecimento e informa\u00e7\u00f5es para o formato <em>online<\/em>, ampliando o alcance das a\u00e7\u00f5es. A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o <em>online<\/em> demonstraram o poder das redes sociais: o Instagram do grupo alcan\u00e7ou cerca de 18 mil visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es entre postagens e as pr\u00f3prias<em> lives<\/em>, consolidando a import\u00e2ncia do PET-EA na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fado relevante para os estudantes de Engenharia e conte\u00fados atuais sobre as problem\u00e1ticas advindas dos problemas clim\u00e1ticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O PET-EA ofereceu uma s\u00e9rie de cursos voltados para necessidades acad\u00eamicas e pr\u00e1ticas dos estudantes. Entre os temas envolvidos, destacam-se <em>Python<\/em>, <em>SketchUp<\/em>, <em>Excel<\/em> (b\u00e1sico, intermedi\u00e1rio e avan\u00e7ado), <em>AutoCAD<\/em>, investimentos, ingl\u00eas b\u00e1sico, orat\u00f3ria e <em>SolidWorks<\/em>. Alguns desses cursos, como Excel e ingl\u00eas b\u00e1sico, foram oferecidos <em>online<\/em>, por meio da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Bradesco e da plataforma Moodle do Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, oferecendo certifica\u00e7\u00e3o aos participantes. Os cursos enriqueceram o repert\u00f3rio t\u00e9cnico dos alunos e atenderam \u00e0s demandas das disciplinas e dos projetos em andamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a\u00e7\u00f5es do PET-EA demonstram a relev\u00e2ncia das atividades extracurriculares para complementar o ensino formal e preparar os estudantes para o mercado de trabalho. Ao proporcionar acesso a palestras e cursos certificados, o grupo incentiva a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, o desenvolvimento de novas habilidades e a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos graduandos, consolidando um modelo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica mais completo e alinhado \u00e0s exig\u00eancias do setor agr\u00edcola e industrial.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3085\"
