style=\"text-align: justify\">A Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reconhecida como o campo de conhecimento que investiga a rela\u00e7\u00e3o homem-alimento mediada por situa\u00e7\u00f5es historicamente determinadas que envolvem aspectos biol\u00f3gicos, sociais e econ\u00f4micos, e o estudo dos processos decorrentes da ingest\u00e3o de alimentos, da biodisponibilidade de nutrientes, bem como da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e consumo desses alimentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Na UFPel, o curso de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, tem como objetivo, formar profissionais com embasamento te\u00f3rico e conhecimento t\u00e9cnico para o desenvolvimento de tarefas relacionadas \u00e0 condi\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o do ser humano, individual ou coletivamente.<br \/>\nO curr\u00edculo do curso \u00e9 composto de disciplinas te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas e exige ainda tr\u00eas est\u00e1gios supervisionados, que t\u00eam por meta instrumentalizar o aluno para o exerc\u00edcio cr\u00edtico de suas futuras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e para a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o cotidiana de novas tecnologias.<br \/>\nOs est\u00e1gios supervisionados s\u00e3o realizados em servi\u00e7os de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para coletividades sadias; enfermas, em hospitais e ambulat\u00f3rios; em servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica e programas comunit\u00e1rios; Merece destaque o fato de que a Faculdade de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o coloca \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de seus alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, um programa de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica e estimula o contato dos alunos com os v\u00e1rios projetos de ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o desenvolvidos pela Faculdade, atrav\u00e9s de bolsas de
