laborat\u00f3rio<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Laborat\u00f3rio de Cultura de Tecidos de Plantas (LCTP) \u00e9 um Laborat\u00f3rio Multiusu\u00e1rio, localizado no pr\u00e9dio 14 do Departamento de Bot\u00e2nica, Instituto de Biologia, Campus Cap\u00e3o do Le\u00e3o.A responsabilidade pelo LCTP \u00e9 dos professores, Eugenia Jacira Bolacel Braga e Valmor Jo\u00e3o Bianchi.<\/p>\n<p>Este Laborat\u00f3rio tem como finalidade principal contribuir para as atividades relacionadas ao ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o na \u00e1rea de Fisiologia Vegetal, atendendo aos cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (Ci\u00eancias Biol\u00f3gicas e Agronomia) e aos Programas de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o da Universidade Federal de Pelotas, e institui\u00e7\u00f5es conveniadas na forma da lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dentre as atividades realizadas rotineiramente nos espa\u00e7os pertencentes ao LCTP est\u00e3o as seguintes: Preparo de meios de cultivo de plantas e bact\u00e9rias, preparo de solu\u00e7\u00f5es nutritivas diversas, realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as etapas da micropropaga\u00e7\u00e3o e morfog\u00eanese in vitro, an\u00e1lises de biomol\u00e9culas, atividades enzim\u00e1ticas, an\u00e1lises bioqu\u00edmica, extra\u00e7\u00e3o de DNA e RNA, preparo de g\u00e9is de agarose e poliacrilamida, preparo de rea\u00e7\u00f5es de PCR para DNA e Real Time, atividades de imunoensaio, espectrom\u00e9tricos e cromatogr\u00e1ficos, centrifuga\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras, armazenamento de amostras, manuseio e preparo de reagentes, an\u00e1lise instrumental de processos metab\u00f3licos, manuseio de amostras congeladas em ultrafrezers e nitrog\u00eanio
