Na hist\u00f3ria e na <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">realidade do lugar se inspira para redescobrir a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos e o jeito <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">de fazer a culin\u00e1ria local.
