Sendo que no dia 18 foi o encerramento com o nome sempre denominado como <i>Kizomba na Pra\u00e7a<\/i> &#8211; tarde para interagir completamente com atividades art\u00edsticas e comidas e dan\u00e7as, referente a cultura Africana- aconteceu no Beco da Biblioteca P\u00fablica, junto a Feira do Livro. O IX SECONEP homenageou homens negros com ideias revolucion\u00e1rios na \u00e1rea da educa\u00e7\u00e3o contando grandes nomes como : o poeta, capoeirista e professor de filosofia, <b>Miguel Delmar Dias<\/b> \u2013 <i>in memorian<\/i>; o griot <b>Dilermando Freitas <\/b>e o comunicador e ativista cultural <b>Gl\u00eanio Rissio<\/b> (R\u00e1dio Com 104.5). Abrange todas as idades sendo que tem apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es art\u00edsticas, palestras, mesas redondas e al\u00e9m do Divers\u00e3o com Pipoca, que acontece a a\u00e7\u00e3o de mostra f\u00edlmica e ap\u00f3s \u00e9 realizado breve coment\u00e1rios com as crian\u00e7as das escolas que manifestaram interesse em participar do evento. Refor\u00e7a os objetivos de proporcionar um espa\u00e7o de discuss\u00e3o e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de propostas engrandecedoras para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Focados nos temas educa\u00e7\u00e3o, cultura, e seguran\u00e7a da comunidade negra pelotense, onde desenvolvessem \u00a0a\u00e7\u00f5es na forma de palestras, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es culturais, oficinas did\u00e1tico-pedag\u00f3gicas. Este evento \u00e9 organizado e coordenado pelo Grupo Design, Escola e Arte, pertencente \u00e0 Universidade Federal de Pelotas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color:
