N\u00f3s temos como objetivo contribuir para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova perspectiva das plantas como sistemas cognitivos e inteligentes em sua interface com o ambiente externo (fatores abi\u00f3ticos e bi\u00f3ticos). Aqui s\u00e3o realizados projetos de pesquisa experimental e te\u00f3rica nos temas de mem\u00f3ria e aprendizagem, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o planta-planta, e sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de longa dist\u00e2ncia.
