O artigo foi publicado na <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.5585\/2023.22411\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Revista Exacta \u2013 Engenharia de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (ISSN 1983-9308), da <a href=\"https:\/\/periodicos.uninove.br\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Universidade Nove de Julho<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/periodicos.uninove.br\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">UNINOVE<\/a>). O trabalho exposto no artigo tem como objetivo fazer um comparativo entre dois m\u00e9todos de colheita, manual e mecanizado.
