Renata Heidtmann Bemvenuti<\/strong><\/a>. O material apresenta orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre aspectos como lavagem e secagem de m\u00e3os, etiqueta respirat\u00f3ria, uso correto de uniformes e Equipamentos de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Individual (EPIs), distanciamento entre colaboradores, higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o de superf\u00edcies e mat\u00e9rias-primas, entre outros.<\/div>\n<div class=\"bodytext_justify\">N\u00e3o h\u00e1, at\u00e9 o momento, evid\u00eancias de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pelo novo coronav\u00edrus por meio de alimentos. Mas, conforme os organizadores da apostila, o fortalecimento das Boas Pr\u00e1ticas pode contribuir para diminuir a transmiss\u00e3o do v\u00edrus entre os colaboradores no ambiente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.
