The Centre for Healthy Cities, Ageing and Citizenship funded two researchers – Professor Nirce Saffer Medvedoski and Research Associate Sirlene de Melo Sope\u00f1a, to a Mission to EDRA50 Brooklyn Conference<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0The event aimed to share belief in shaping urban design and changing environmental behaviour at the global scale. The conference offered one-of-a-kind networking opportunities and educational seminars tailored exclusively for those in the environmental design field. Both researchers presented authored papers at the Conference, in New York.<\/p>\n

The Research Mission was from 21 to 30\/05\/2019 and also comprised of the annual research meeting of the PlaceAge Project<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Professors Adriana Portella, Celina Britto Corr\u00eaa, and Sinval Xavier also went to the Research Mission which for them was funded by the PlaceAge Project.<\/p>\n
