{"id":7,"date":"2020-05-29T10:39:47","date_gmt":"2020-05-29T13:39:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.ufpel.edu.br\/geomercosul\/?page_id=7"},"modified":"2023-04-07T16:17:08","modified_gmt":"2023-04-07T19:17:08","slug":"linhas-de-pesquisa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.ufpel.edu.br\/geomercosul\/linhas-de-pesquisa\/","title":{"rendered":"Research Projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Din\u00e2micas Antissist\u00eamicas no Atual Sistema-Mundo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Antisystemic Dynamics in the Current World System<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coordenador\/Coordinator: Prof. Dr. Charles Pennaforte<\/p>\n<p>O projeto de pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a realidade antissist\u00eamica internacional a partir da constata\u00e7\u00e3o do decl\u00ednio da hegemonia estadunidense (WALLERSTEIN,1994; ARRIGHI, 1996) no \u00e2mbito da geopol\u00edtica, economia e cultura.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 analisado o papel de pa\u00edses como China e R\u00fassia ou organiza\u00e7\u00f5es como o BRICS, que apresentam capacidade militar e\/ou econ\u00f4mica para manter os seus interesses nacionais frente as hostilidades relativas (econ\u00f4mica e cultural) dos EUA, bem como movimentos regionais.<\/p>\n<p>A linha conta com\u00a0 a base te\u00f3rica anal\u00edtica de Immanuel Wallestein (Sistema-Mundo), Giovanni Arrighi (Ciclos Sist\u00eamicos de Acumula\u00e7\u00e3o), Fernand Braudel (<em>Longue Dur\u00e9e<\/em>) e Antonio Gramsci (Hegemonia).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span lang=\"en\">The research project has as objective to analyze the international antisystemic reality from the discovery of the decline of the US hegemony (WALLERSTEIN, 1994; ARRIGHI, 1996) in the scope of geopolitics, economy and culture. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span lang=\"en\">It will examine the role of countries such as China and Russia or organizations such as the BRICS, which have military and\/or economic capacity to maintain their national interests against the relative (economic and cultural) hostilities of the US, as well as regional movements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span lang=\"en\">The line counts on the theoretical analytical basis of Immanuel Wallestein (Sistema-Mundo), Giovanni Arrighi (Systemic Cycles of Accumulation), Fernand Braudel (Longue Dur\u00e9e) and Antonio Gramsci (Hegemony).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ciberseguran\u00e7a e Geopol\u00edtica<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Cibersecurity and Geopolitics<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-center para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Identificar e analisar a atual din\u00e2mica geopol\u00edtica no chamado ciberespa\u00e7o, ambiente virtual que vem refletindo as disputas entre as grandes pot\u00eancias por meio de ataques cibern\u00e9ticos, entre outros m\u00e9todos utilizados. Ao mesmo tempo analisar o papel do Brasil frente \u00e0 essa nova din\u00e2mica de maneira propositiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Identify and analyze the current geopolitical dynamics in the so-called cyberspace, a virtual environment that has reflected the disputes between the great powers through cyber attacks, among other methods used.
