The action is promoted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufpel.edu.br\/\">Federal University of Pelotas<\/a> (<em>Universidade Federal de Pelotas<\/em>), through the <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.ufpel.edu.br\/omega\/\">OMEGA Research Group &#8211; Observatory of Memory, Education, Gesture and Art (<em>Observat\u00f3rio de Mem\u00f3ria, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Gesto e Arte<\/em>)<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.ufpel.edu.br\/nufolk\/\">UFPel Folklore Center<\/a> &#8211; NUFOLK (Arts Center), in partnership with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abrasoffa.org.br\/\">ABRASOFFA \u2013 Brazilian Association of Organizers of Folklore Festivals and Popular Arts<\/a> (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira of Folclore e Artes Populares) from S\u00e3o Paulo, with support from different universities and national and international institutions such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furb.br\/\">FURB &#8211; Regional University of Blumenau <\/a>(<em>Universidade Regional de Blumenau<\/em>) from Santa Catarina, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/\">UPV &#8211; Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia<\/a> (Spain), <a href=\"http:\/\/abambae.blogspot.com\/\">Abamba\u00e9 Brazilian Dances Ballet<\/a> (Companhia de Dan\u00e7as Brasileiras) from Pelotas\/RS and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/encuentroamericaunida\/\">Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Am\u00e9rica Unida<\/a> from Ciudad del Plata \/ Uruguay. This study aims to map, analyze, and reflect on the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic in folk contexts, especially regarding fulfillment and\/or adaptation, continuity, and\/or postponement of said events. Moreover, it aims to reflect on the possible impacts suffered and the projection of future developments. It is quantitative and qualitative research with an online survey to contact agents who work in folk contexts, in Brazil and abroad, to collect data for later tabulation, analysis, and dissemination\/publication, related to issues that involve the impacts suffered by the Covid-19 Pandemic.
