O discente perder\u00e1 o direito \u00e0 vaga na UFPEL quando:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">I \u2013 n\u00e3o confirmar a matr\u00edcula junto ao Colegiado do Curso no per\u00edodo determinado em calend\u00e1rio acad\u00eamico, conforme previsto no art. 10 \u00a7 1\u00ba deste regulamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">II \u2013 n\u00e3o freq\u00fcentar o primeiro semestre\/ano letivo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">III \u2013 o per\u00edodo cumulativo de trancamento ultrapassar o prazo previsto no art. 23,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"> \u00a7 1\u00ba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">IV &#8211; n\u00e3o integralizar o curso dentro do tempo m\u00e1ximo estabelecido pelo COCEPE, caso em que ocorre o jubilamento;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">V &#8211; descumprir protocolos de conv\u00eanios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Art. 72. Caber\u00e1 ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o central de registro acad\u00eamico:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">I &#8211; solicitar ao Colegiado de Curso, a cada per\u00edodo letivo, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de discentes que n\u00e3o efetuaram a matr\u00edcula no prazo estabelecido;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">II &#8211; executar os procedimentos administrativos necess\u00e1rios ao desligamento do discente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Art. 73. O Colegiado de Curso, a Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e o COCEPE, nesta ordem, constituem inst\u00e2ncias recursais contra a perda de vaga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Art. 74.
