No modo vigil\u00e2ncia foi configurado para realizar uma varredura de 480 km a cada hora. No modo chuva o radar realiza 8 varreduras\u00a0 de 240 km de raio a cada 10 minutos (volum\u00e9trico).\u00a0No modo pesquisa o radar \u00e9 configurado conforme o tipo de an\u00e1lise da tempestade a ser analisada seja com varreduras horizontais (PPI) quanto verticais (RHI).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Na imagem s\u00e3o plotados dados de fator de refletividade na unidade dBZ. Em geral, valores de 20 a 30 dBZ representa chuva fraca, 30 a 45 dBZ chuva moderada enquanto que acima de 45 dBZ pode-se considerar chuva forte. Acima de 55 dBZ h\u00e1 chance de ocorr\u00eancia de granizo em superf\u00edcie.
