Este hor\u00e1rio marca o solst\u00edcio de ver\u00e3o no hemisf\u00e9rio sul. A maioria dos modelos clim\u00e1ticos mant\u00e9m a continuidade do fen\u00f4meno El Ni\u00f1o com intensidade moderada a forte nos pr\u00f3ximos meses. Na Regi\u00e3o Sul, ainda teremos um alto potencial para chuvas devido \u00e0 perman\u00eancia das \u00e1guas mais aquecidas do oceano Atl\u00e2ntico, que contribuem para potencializar os sistemas de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o. Para o m\u00eas de dezembro, climatologicamente, para a regi\u00e3o de Pelotas a temperatura m\u00e1xima \u00e9 de 27,4\u00b0C e a Temperatura m\u00ednima \u00e9 de 18,0 \u00b0C. J\u00e1 na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Porto Alegre a Temperatura m\u00e1xima \u00e9 de 30,0\u00b0C e a temperatura m\u00ednima \u00e9 de 19,4\u00b0C. A precipita\u00e7\u00e3o normal para o m\u00eas de dezembro \u00e9 de 103,2 mm para a regi\u00e3o de Pelotas e de 112,1 mm para a regi\u00e3o de Porto Alegre. J\u00e1 para o m\u00eas de janeiro, climatologicamente, para a regi\u00e3o de Pelotas a temperatura m\u00e1xima \u00e9 de 28,6\u00b0C e a Temperatura m\u00ednima \u00e9 de 19,5 \u00b0C. J\u00e1 na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Porto Alegre a Temperatura m\u00e1xima \u00e9 de 31\u00b0C e a temperatura m\u00ednima \u00e9 de 20,7\u00b0C. A precipita\u00e7\u00e3o normal para o m\u00eas de dezembro \u00e9 de 115,9 mm para a regi\u00e3o de Pelotas e de 120,7 mm para a regi\u00e3o de Porto Alegre. J\u00e1 para o m\u00eas de fevereiro, climatologicamente, para a regi\u00e3o de Pelotas a temperatura m\u00e1xima \u00e9 de 28,4\u00b0C e a Temperatura m\u00ednima \u00e9 de 19,3 \u00b0C. J\u00e1 na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Porto Alegre a Temperatura m\u00e1xima \u00e9 de 30,5\u00b0C e a temperatura m\u00ednima \u00e9 de 20,7 \u00b0C. A precipita\u00e7\u00e3o normal para o m\u00eas de dezembro \u00e9 de 141,8 mm para a regi\u00e3o de Pelotas e de 110,8 mm para a regi\u00e3o de Porto Alegre. O sistema de previs\u00e3o probabil\u00edstico mostra que no m\u00eas de dezembro a precipita\u00e7\u00e3o estar\u00e1 acima da m\u00e9dia em todas as regi\u00f5es, com os percentuais mais elevados no oeste, sudoeste e litoral sul conforme Figura 1 a.
