Trata-se do evento bianual (de abrang\u00eancia internacional) mais importante promovido pelo Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Filosofia da Universidade Federal de Pelotas, cuja primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu no ano de 2009. chegando a sua nona edi\u00e7\u00e3o em 2025. Os grandes temas discutidos na hist\u00f3ria do evento foram: Virtudes, Direito e Democracia (2009), A\u00e7\u00e3o, justifica\u00e7\u00e3o e legitimidade (2011), Responsabilidade moral (2013) e Normatividade e Racionalidade Pr\u00e1tica (2015), Ag\u00eancia, Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o e Motiva\u00e7\u00e3o (2017), Dos Atos de Fala \u00e0 Realidade Social (2019), \u00c9tica e Pol\u00edtica em Tempos de Pandemia (2022) e Direitos Humanos, Vulnerabilidade e Meio Ambiente (2023).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>The International Congress of Philosophy<\/em>\u00a0(up until the last edition still under the scope of \u201cMorals and Politics\u201d) has established itself as a fruitful space for the discussion and dissemination of partial\/final results of excellent research carried out by Brazilian and foreign researchers, providing an opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Philosophy (specialization, master\u2019s and doctorate) to come into contact with professors\/researchers from various institutions. This is the most important biannual event (with international scope) promoted by the Postgraduate Program in Philosophy at the Federal University of Pelotas, whose first edition took place in 2009, reaching its ninth edition in 2025.
