conhecem o processo)<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u2705 Passo a Passo B\u00e1sico:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3\u00a0<strong>Verifique se seu afastamento se enquadra<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivos v\u00e1lidos: congressos, bancas, palestras, miss\u00f5es institucionais, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3\u00a0<strong>Abra o processo no SEI com 10 dias de anteced\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tipo do processo:\u00a0<em>&#8220;Pessoal: Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Afastamento NO PA\u00cdS&#8221;<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3\u00a0<strong>Anexe os documentos obrigat\u00f3rios<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formul\u00e1rio\u00a0<em>PRA Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de Afastamento<\/em>\u00a0(preenchido e assinado).<\/li>\n<li>Convite, programa\u00e7\u00e3o do evento e comprovantes de deslocamento (se houver).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se for \u00f4nus limitado\/sem \u00f4nus<\/strong>:\u00a0<em>Termo de Ren\u00fancia de Di\u00e1rias<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3\u00a0<strong>Solicite anu\u00eancia da chefia<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pe\u00e7a para seu coordenador\/chefe anexar um despacho de concord\u00e2ncia no SEI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5\ufe0f\u20e3\u00a0<strong>Comunique a secretaria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avise a secretaria administrativa para revisar e encaminhar ao Diretor\/N\u00facleo Adm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6\ufe0f\u20e3\u00a0<strong>Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas (em at\u00e9 5 dias ap\u00f3s a viagem)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anexe: relat\u00f3rio de viagem, certificados, comprovantes de gastos (se houver).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>\ud83d\udccb BLOCO 2: INFORMA\u00c7\u00d5ES COMPLETAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>(Para quem precisa de detalhes ou \u00e9 a primeira vez)<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\ud83d\udcc5 Prazos e Regras<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00ednimo 10 dias antes<\/strong>: Envie toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o via SEI.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Di\u00e1rias<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Calculadas por trechos (ex.: viagem de 01 a 05\/04 = 4,5 di\u00e1rias).<\/li>\n<li>Dia de chegada = 0,5 pr\u00f3prio).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentos do evento<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Convite oficial (e-mail\/carta).<\/li>\n<li>Programa\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada.<\/li>\n<li>Comprovantes de passagens (se a UFPel custear).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Roteiro de viagem<\/strong>: Cada trecho (ida\/volta) em linha separada no formul\u00e1rio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partida<\/strong>: Sempre de Pelotas\/RS (sede da UFPel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>\ud83d\udd0d P\u00f3s-Viagem: Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de
