Na ocasi\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m foi promovido um treinamento com os pesquisadores do BioNano, que puderam esclarecer d\u00favidas e acompanhar na pr\u00e1tica o funcionamento da nova tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"902\">O <strong data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"643\">Mini Spray Dryer S-300<\/strong> \u00e9 um equipamento de secagem por atomiza\u00e7\u00e3o, utilizado para transformar solu\u00e7\u00f5es ou suspens\u00f5es l\u00edquidas em p\u00f3s finos, de maneira r\u00e1pida e controlada. Essa t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 amplamente aplicada em pesquisas da \u00e1rea de alimentos, f\u00e1rmacos e biotecnologia, permitindo:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<li data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"997\">\n<p data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"997\"><strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"944\">Encapsula\u00e7\u00e3o de compostos bioativos<\/strong>, preservando propriedades funcionais e sensoriais;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1067\">\n<p data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1067\"><strong data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1043\">Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ingredientes em p\u00f3 est\u00e1veis<\/strong>, com maior vida \u00fatil;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<p data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1174\"><strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1115\">Desenvolvimento de formula\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras<\/strong>, com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em alimentos, embalagens e nutrac\u00eauticos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1596\">Vale destacar que o <strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1234\">Laborat\u00f3rio BioNano \u00e9 multiusu\u00e1rio<\/strong>, e o novo equipamento amplia ainda mais as possibilidades de pesquisa e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, estando dispon\u00edvel para <strong data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1398\">outros laborat\u00f3rios e departamentos da institui\u00e7\u00e3o bem como para institui\u00e7\u00f5es externas<\/strong>.
