O projeto de pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a realidade antissistêmica internacional a partir da constatação do declínio da hegemonia estadunidense (WALLERSTEIN,1994; ARRIGHI, 1996) no âmbito da geopolítica, economia e cultura.
Será analisado o papel de países como China e Rússia ou organizações como o BRICS, que apresentam capacidade militar e/ou econômica para manter os seus interesses nacionais frente as hostilidades relativas (econômica e cultural) dos EUA, bem como movimentos regionais.
A linha conta com a base teórica analítica de Immanuel Wallestein (Sistema-Mundo), Giovanni Arrighi (Ciclos Sistêmicos de Acumulação), Fernand Braudel (Longue Durée) e Antonio Gramsci (Hegemonia).
The research project has as objective to analyze the international antisystemic reality from the discovery of the decline of the US hegemony (WALLERSTEIN, 1994; ARRIGHI, 1996) in the scope of geopolitics, economy and culture.
It will examine the role of countries such as China and Russia or organizations such as the BRICS, which have military and/or economic capacity to maintain their national interests against the relative (economic and cultural) hostilities of the US, as well as regional movements.
The line counts on the theoretical analytical basis of Immanuel Wallestein (Sistema-Mundo), Giovanni Arrighi (Systemic Cycles of Accumulation), Fernand Braudel (Longue Durée) and Antonio Gramsci (Hegemony).

Identificar e analisar a atual dinâmica geopolítica no chamado ciberespaço, ambiente virtual que vem refletindo as disputas entre as grandes potências por meio de ataques cibernéticos, entre outros métodos utilizados. Ao mesmo tempo analisar o papel do Brasil frente à essa nova dinâmica de maneira propositiva.
Identify and analyze the current geopolitical dynamics in the so-called cyberspace, a virtual environment that has reflected the disputes between the great powers through cyber attacks, among other methods used. At the same time, analyzing Brazil’s role vis-à-vis this new dynamic.
